They are the core hub connecting the kelly, swivel, mud pump and standpipe in the oilfield drilling circulation system. Strictly complying with API 7K, API 16C and other oilfield industry standards, these hoses have excellent high-pressure resistance, anti-rotation and anti-pulse performance. The structural design of Oilfield Kelly Drilling Rotary Hoses is fully adapted to the high-frequency rotation and high-pressure transmission characteristics of oilfield kelly drilling. It adopts a multi-layer composite reinforcement structure, with each layer working together to ensure flexible rotation performance while improving overall durability and safety. The inner tube is made of HNBR or UPE special synthetic rubber that is resistant to drilling mud, high pressure and wear. Processed by a special vulcanization process, it has excellent oil resistance, acid and alkali resistance and erosion resistance, which can withstand the erosion of high-pressure drilling mud and drilling fluid for a long time, avoid aging, cracking and damage of the inner rubber, ensure no leakage during transmission, and eliminate drilling safety hazards caused by mud leakage. As the core force-bearing structure, the reinforcement layer adopts a 4-6 layer high-strength super flexible steel wire spiral winding process. The steel wire is made of high-toughness and high-strength galvanized material, with uniform winding density and consistent tension. The alternating winding method greatly improves the high-pressure resistance, pulse resistance and anti-rotation fatigue performance of the hose, which can adapt to the high-frequency rotation condition of dozens of revolutions per minute during kelly drilling, buffer the pressure fluctuation caused by high-pressure mud transmission, and extend the fatigue service life of the hose. The outer cover is made of wear-resistant, weather-resistant and ozone-resistant synthetic rubber, added with anti-static and flame-retardant additives, which can not only effectively resist mechanical friction, rock impact and dust erosion at oilfield drilling sites, but also adapt to high and low temperature changes in onshore oilfields and salt spray erosion in offshore oilfields. At the same time, it has good flexibility and anti-torsion performance, which is convenient for flexible swing during kelly rotation operation and protects the inner structure from damage. The joints are made of special carbon steel or stainless steel for oilfields, treated with anti-corrosion and wear resistance, and adopt an integrated pressing process with the hose main body, with firm connection and reliable sealing, adapting to the high-frequency rotation and high-pressure working conditions of kelly drilling, eliminating the hidden dangers of joint falling off and leakage, and complying with the strict requirements of API 7K standard for oilfield drilling hose joints.
