The steel wire is made of high-toughness and high-strength galvanized material, with uniform winding or braiding density and consistent tension, which greatly improves the high-pressure resistance, pulse resistance and tensile resistance of the hose assembly, adapting to frequent pressure fluctuations and mechanical pulling conditions underground coal mines. The outer cover is made of wear-resistant, anti-static and flame-retardant synthetic rubber, added with anti-aging and anti-ozone additives, which can not only effectively resist wear caused by underground dust, mechanical friction and rock impact, but also meet the anti-static and flame-retardant safety requirements underground coal mines. At the same time, it has good flexibility, which is convenient for installation and laying in narrow underground spaces, protecting the inner structure from damage and extending the overall service life. The joints are made of special carbon steel or stainless steel for mines, treated with anti-corrosion, and adopt an integrated pressing process with the hose main body, with firm connection and reliable sealing, adapting to the high-humidity and dusty corrosive environment underground mines, eliminating the hidden dangers of joint falling off and leakage, and complying with the safety requirements of coal safety standards for mine accessories.
