LETONE loader high pressure hose adopts a three-layer composite structure, produced in accordance with SAE and GB/T standards. It is suitable for hydraulic systems of 3–12 ton loaders. Stable under high pressure, high temperature, dust and gravel environment, no burst, no leakage, no cracking.
Inner tube: Oil-resistant synthetic rubber, compatible with mineral oil and hydraulic fluids.
Reinforcement: 2–4 layers high-tensile steel wire braided/spiral, working pressure up to 21–42MPa.
Cover: Wear-resistant and weather-resistant rubber, ozone & UV resistant.
Working pressure up to 42MPa, safety factor ≥ 4:1, no burst or leakage.
Pulse life up to 300,000–1,000,000 cycles, longer service life.
