 In excavators, loaders, cranes, mining machinery and die-casting machines, EN856 4SP hydraulic hose is widely used as the standard medium-high pressure line with 4‑layer spiral steel wire, excellent pulse resistance and long service life. LETONE EN856 4SP hose fully complies with international standards, featuring oil resistance, abrasion resistance and weather resistance, operating at -40°C to +100°C.

EN856 4SP high pressure hose

1. Structure: 4‑Spiral Steel Wire for Stable Performance

Inner tube: black oil‑resistant synthetic rubber, compatible with mineral hydraulic oil, glycol and water-based fluids.
Reinforcement: four layers of high-tensile spiral steel wire, high pressure resistance and excellent pulse life.
Cover: black oil, weather and abrasion-resistant synthetic rubber, ozone & UV resistant.
Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C.

2. Common Sizes

DN10 (3/8"), DN12 (1/2"), DN16 (5/8"), DN19 (3/4"), DN25 (1"), DN32 (1‑1/4"), DN38 (1‑1/2")
Working pressure: 21MPa ~ 35MPa.
