In harsh working conditions such as oil drilling, acid fracturing, and high-pressure fluid transportation, every piece of transportation equipment is a core lifeline for ensuring operational safety and efficiency. Especially in ultra-high-pressure environments of 10,000 PSI (approximately 69 MPa), the pressure resistance, connection reliability, and length adaptability of the hose directly determine the continuity and safety of construction. A high-pressure hose integrating precise parameters, robust structure, and convenient adaptability has become key to solving this pain point in the industry. The advent of the 2-inch 10,000 PSI high-pressure hose (15 meters long, with a 1502 type hammer fitting) is redefining equipment standards for high-pressure operations with its all-around performance.

Precise parameters enable adaptation to extreme high-pressure requirements. As the "fluid artery" of high-pressure operations, this hose's core parameters are precisely designed for specific scenarios: its 2-inch diameter perfectly balances flow rate and adaptability, enabling efficient delivery of media such as fracturing fluid, mud, and high-pressure water, while remaining compatible with the interface specifications of mainstream operating equipment, avoiding flow loss and pressure attenuation due to diameter mismatch; its rated working pressure of 10,000 PSI far exceeds the performance limit of conventional high-pressure hoses, coupled with burst pressure redundancy far exceeding industry standards, allowing it to easily handle extreme operating scenarios such as acid fracturing, high-pressure testing, and cementing, eliminating the risk of leakage and bursting under high pressure, and building a solid safety barrier for personnel and equipment.

The 15-meter golden length balances flexible deployment and stable transmission. In complex scenarios such as field drilling and oilfield operations, the appropriate hose length directly affects construction efficiency. The 15-meter design avoids the cumbersome multi-segment splicing required for shorter hoses—reducing the number of joints lowers the risk of leakage and pressure loss—while also eliminating the inconvenience of dragging and storing long hoses. It is suitable for the typical operating radius between wellheads and equipment, enabling rapid deployment for both fixed pipeline laying and temporary emergency transport. Simultaneously, the hose employs a lightweight composite structure, significantly reducing its weight while maintaining pressure resistance, facilitating on-site handling and installation, and significantly improving construction convenience.

The 1502 hammer-driven connector further enhances connection reliability. As the hose's "safety lock," the connector's performance directly determines the sealing and durability of the entire transport system. The 1502 hammer-driven connector on this hose is considered the "golden configuration" for high-pressure connections: forged from high-strength alloy steel and refined through a rigorous heat treatment process, its metallographic structure is uniform and dense, its pressure-bearing capacity far exceeds operational requirements, conforming to API Spec 6A and ASTM standards, and can withstand test pressures exceeding 15,000 PSI. The connector features a replaceable elastic nitrile rubber sealing ring and a metal-to-metal dual sealing structure, enabling rapid hammer-type installation and disassembly, significantly reducing connector connection time. It also maintains a zero-leakage seal under ultra-high pressure and strong vibration conditions, making it suitable for corrosive media such as hydrogen sulfide, maximizing versatility and reliability.

The robust structural design extends service life under extreme conditions. In addition to core parameters and connector advantages, the innovative structure of the hose itself is the core support for its long-term stable operation. The inner lining is made of oil-resistant, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant synthetic rubber, which can withstand the scouring and erosion of high-pressure media, preventing hose failure due to aging and damage of the inner lining. The reinforcing layer adopts a multi-layer high-tensile steel wire spiral winding process. The precisely woven steel wire layer forms a stable pressure-bearing skeleton, which can resist the expansion and deformation caused by ultra-high pressure and improve the hose's bending resistance, adapting to complex on-site wiring requirements. The outer rubber layer is made of ozone-resistant, weather-resistant, and wear-resistant synthetic rubber, which can withstand the extreme environments of outdoor sun and rain, and alternating high and low temperatures (-40℃ to 120℃), extending the service life of the hose under harsh working conditions and reducing maintenance and replacement costs.

From acid fracturing and high-pressure mud transportation in onshore oil fields to high-pressure testing and special fluid transmission in industrial fields, the 2-inch 10,000 PSI high-pressure hose (15 meters long, with 1502 type hammer fitting) has become the preferred equipment for solving the pain points of high-pressure operations with its all-round advantages of "precise parameters + robust structure + convenient adaptation". It not only solves the safety challenges of transmission in ultra-high pressure scenarios, but also provides strong support for reducing overall costs and improving construction efficiency for operating units due to its efficient deployment and long-term durability.

In the current transformation of energy extraction and industrial production towards high efficiency, safety, and precision, this high-pressure hose, with its deep adaptability to extreme working conditions, has become a "reliable link" connecting equipment and operational targets. Whether in the core aspects of oilfield development or in emergency scenarios of special high-pressure operations, it interprets the value of "worry-free high-pressure" equipment with its stable performance, helping the industry achieve a safer and more efficient new production operation model.
