Company Profile

Market demands have increased rapidly with the good reputation built. The 130,000 square meters Letone Fluid Intelligent Technology Industrial Park has put into production in 2019. Letone now has 46 high-speed steel wire braiders, 12 steel wire spiral production lines, 8 industrial hose forming machines, 200 CNC lathes and 3 automatic rubber compound production lines service in-house. Meanwhile, Letone is capable to produce rubber compounds 25,000 tons per year, rubber seals and other rubber products 20 million pieces per year, and the annual production capacity of hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses has increased to 30 million meters. The production capacity of hydraulic hoses and industrial hoses is forecasted to increase to 120 million meters after the industrial park fully put into production, rubber compounds will jump to 50,000 tons, rubber seals will increase to a hundred million pieces, and fluid connectors will increase to 35 million sets, the output value will boost to RMB 2 billion. And Letone, by that time, will become one of the world’s leaders in the hose manufacturing industry.

Corporate Strength

Rather than getting trapped in price war when the market began to fluctuate, Letone developed proprietary products under the principle of “development powered by innovation”. Letone has introduced the Artery series and Super Artery (SA) series to the market. The SA hose is featured as an ultra-flexible (the bending radius is 50% lower than DIN standard), high pressure (the pressure is 35% higher than DIN standard) and long service life (weather-resistant for more than 5 years and warrantied for 2 years with the Letone specific one-piece hose connectors) super hose. The material of the inner tube and the outer layer of the hose are neoprene synthetic rubber, which has excellent performance on high-temperature resistance, anti-aging and UV-proof. The SA hoses are suitable for biodegradable hydraulic oil delivery. The hose reinforcement layer has higher tensile but more flexible, which makes it perfectly satisfied hydraulic machines’ needs of lighter weight, high pressure and long service life, the four plies steel wire reinforced SA hose impulse reaches 1 million cycles.

Qualification and Honor

As an experienced professional hose manufacturer, Letone has obtained the Safety Certificate of Approval for Mining Products, certificate of MSHA, API Type Approval (API 16C and API 7K), ABS Type Approval (Drilling Equipment and Flexible Wire Braided Rubber Hose Assembly), GOST certificate, Lloyd’s Fire Test Certificate and meets the requirements of quality management systems such as ISO14001:2015, ISO9001:2015, API Q1, IATF 16949:2016, etc. Letone also holds the environment management system international certification issued by IMS (comply with ISO14001:2015 standard). The Letone Testing Center has obtained the Laboratory Accreditation Certificate issued by CNAS in 2016. There are more than 20 laboratories include impulse test laboratory, burst test laboratory, fire test laboratory, salt spray laboratory, etc. The testing report is identified as objectivity, accuracy and authority.
